Smith Eibeler Lawyers Selected to the 2020 Super Lawyers/Rising Stars list

Robert W. Smith, Christopher J. Eibeler and Kathryn (“Katy”) McClure have been chosen to 2020 New Jersey Super Lawyers. Meghan Chrisner-Keefe has been chosen to the 2020 New Jersey Rising Stars. Super Lawyers publishes its annual Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists of attorneys that are selected through a selection process that includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. IMG_3988-300x169According to their selection process, attorneys are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.  According to Super Lawyers nomination guidelines, only 5% of attorneys are selected as Super Lawyers and 2.5% as Rising Stars.  Rising Stars are limited to attorneys who are either forty (40) years of age or younger or in the legal practice for 10 years or less.  Mr. Smith was selected to the 2020 Super Lawyers list in the area of Employment & Labor.  Mr. Eibeler and Ms. McClure were selected to the 2020 Super Lawyers list in the area of Employment Litigation.  Ms. Chrisner-Keefe was selected in the 2020 Rising Stars list for Employment & Labor.
